In addition to the materials identified below, any synthetic material that is not included at 7 CFR § 205.601 of the National List of Allowed and Prohibited Substances (National List) is prohibited for use in OCal cannabis production. The materials listed below are specifically prohibited on the National List at 7 CFR § 205.602, have been reviewed by a Federal agency and determined to be prohibited, or are no longer allowed for use in organic (and therefore OCal) crop production.
