CURRENTLY REGISTERED EUGENE TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS PROVIDERS UNDER ORDINANCE 20083 (1997) OR THE EUGENE CITY CHARTER * indicates the providers who Registered since the adoption of Ordinance 20083 (1997). Facilities-based wireless or wireline Internet access services are considered telecommunications services under the Ordinance 20083. Providers are invited to have their web sites linked to the City’s Telecommunications Program website, but it is not mandatory. All applicable City Construction Permitting requirements must be met.
