The castle park is a protected national garden and a tranquil Wartegg herb spot ideal for sharing a moment drink or two with others. The garden was created in 1860 by the Duchess of Parma.

Sunny fresh: the house drink can be enjoyed with or without alcohol.

For one jug: fresh herbs such as lavender mint, southernwood, lemon balm and sage 1 l Organic apple juice 1 Freshly squeezed orange 100 ml Lavender syrup Orange slices and edible flowers for decoration

Preparation Tie the herbs in a bundle with string and let them marinate overnight in apple juice.  Take out the bundle and add orange juice and syrup. Add ice, orange slices and edible flowers before serving.
