Moiz Behar, OAA, MRAIC, MCIP, RPP PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND Planner, Urban Designer, Architect Moiz Behar has more than 35 years of experience in planning, urban design and architecture in both the EDUCATION private and public sectors.
