To Determine Current Grant Applications Hundon Cricket Club – To provide revenue to meet normal operating expenditure (service, rental, ground care, utilities) - £500 7. Rogeron’s Annual Report To note annual report circulated with the Agenda. 8. Hundon Football Club In light of the correspondence attached the Council to consider i) approving extending lease to 2045 and ii) to approve non-payment of ground rent for 2020 9. War Memorial Update from site visit by Working Group 10. Village Matters i) Hedge at Thatchers Hall – overgrown hedge obscuring sign ii) Dangerous Tree, Football Field – correspondence received by D Pearson (attached) 11. To Consider Planning Applications to West Suffolk Council i) The Chairman will invite members of the public who wish to address the Council in relation to a planning application to speak ahead of the Council considering each application in turn. Rural Mobility Fund To note that attached information and the ‘support in principle for an expression of interest’ for West Suffolk to submit a funding bid to deliver a taxi-bus service to communities in Lidgate, Ousden, Hawkedon and Hundon and await further information on the next stage. 15.
