Epacris Environmental Consultants Invitation to Comment This draft Master Plan has been placed on public exhibition for 30 days to enable the community to have a say on the future of the IESCA’s walking tracks and associated facilities. Members of the public are invited to comment on the draft Master Plan, either individually or as representatives of community interest groups and government agencies. The closing date for comments on this draft strategy is Sunday 4 December 2005. To assist the community to comment, the Draft Master Plan will be introduced at a presentation early in the exhibition period. Personal details on submissions received, unless marked confidential, are a matter of public record. Submissions may be made available for public inspection once the Master Plan has been adopted. All public submissions will be acknowledged and considered before the final Master Plan is developed. This will allow some works to be achieved during 2006. The adopted Master Plan will form a key input to the draft plan of management for the IESCA which is currently in preparation and will also be publicly exhibited. When adopted, the final plan of management will be a legally-binding document under the National Parks and Wildlife Act, 1974. A draft Concept Plan for walking tracks in the Austinmer-Bulli Tops precinct of the IESCA is also currently on exhibition for public comment.
