Just the Two of You package can be complimentary if wedding couple stays (7) nights or more in a qualifying category (Ocean Front room or higher) and is only available Monday through Wednesday before 4:00 PM. Free weddings are only offered during initial bookings at least 6 months prior to wedding date and are not available for previously reserved and/or confirm weddings. For non-qualifying couples, package may be purchased and is available Monday through Wednesday.

Intimate Elegance package can be complimentary with 25 room nights or more (3 night minimum per room) combined within group in qualifying categories (Oceanfront Room or higher) booked through the same medium and is only available Monday through Wednesday before 4:00 PM. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 All prices are quoted is USD.  Package inclusions have no cash value and unused items and/or services are non-refundable. Items are not interchangeable and substitutions are not permitted.  Confirmation of resort accommodations required prior to confirming date availability, 70% of your guests are required to stay at Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa.  Additional government taxes, resort service, delivery, procession and upgrade fees may apply.  A deposit of US$250 or US$500 is required for a wedding reservation depending on your selected wedding package for both legal and symbolic ceremonies. Payment should be made by secure credit card payment. The initial payment is non-refundable.  For legal ceremonies an additional payment of US$450 is required to process legal documentation (marriage license and certificates). Payment should be made by secure credit card payment. This payment is non-refundable after 30 days.  Private dinner reception (post ceremony) to be held in same venue as cocktail hour. Additional venue options are at an additional cost based on availability and confirmation by wedding coordinator.  Historic 18th Century Aqueduct is an additional US$2599 with an initial deposit of US$1750. Location is based on availability and confirmation by wedding coordinator. Set-up, transfers, generator, lavatory rentals, etc. are at an additional cost.  Non-resort guests attending are required to purchase a wedding day pass at the cost of US$145 per person. This pass allow non-resort guests to access the property 30 minutes before the ceremony and 30 minutes after the reception.  All vendors not booked or secured through your wedding coordinator will incur an outside vendor fee of US$1000 per service.  Weddings must be booked 60 days prior to your requested ceremony date and time. Weddings booked less than 60 days prior to the requested ceremony date and time are subject to an additional US$150 late fee.  Final wedding details and payments are to be confirmed 45 days prior to the ceremony date.  Your Wedding Manager guides you through the wedding contract and initial deposit. Once, your wedding has been contracted you are introduced to your onsite wedding coordinator who assists with planning and executing your wedding events.  Standard set-up includes white linen, round or rectangular tables, high cocktail tables, white folding chairs (outdoors), ballroom chairs (indoors), silverware, and glassware.  Over the dates of April 16th to September 14th we offer 11:00am, 3:00pm and 5:00pm wedding timeslots. Over the dates of September 15th to April 15th we offer 11:00am, 2:00pm and 4:00pm wedding timeslots.  Our single or double tier wedding cakes offered in the packages come at a choice of chocolate or vanilla sponge cake with a choice of plain crème, chocolate, strawberry, blueberry or raspberry filling and buttercream frosting. Should you desire to upgrade your cake your onsite wedding coordinator can work with you to select a personalized wedding cake at an additional cost.

 It will take between two to three months after the wedding ceremony for the resort to receive the marriage certificate. Once received, your marriage certificate will be mailed to the address provided by the resort’s preferred courier service.  Please contact your onsite wedding coordinator when shipping any item directly to the resort, as you must adhere to customs regulations.  We are unable to distribute welcome amenities at the front desk. Amenities can delivered to the guest room at a cost of US$3 per amenity per room per delivery. The amenity must be labeled by guest name so we assure each guest room receives the correct item.  You will need to take all items with you or designate someone responsible for the items to be removed from the event location the day or night of the function. The hotel will not be held responsible for any items left at the location by the wedding party.  Two witnesses are required for your legal wedding ceremony. We provide these witnesses if you do not have your own available.  In order to get legally married in Jamaica the wedding couple must be resident on the island for at least 48 hours prior to the ceremony.  The West Lawn, Wedding Gazebo and Sunrise Beach are offered in the wedding packages. With every outdoor event, a back-up indoor location is reserved in the event of inclement weather. Alternative locations are subject to availability and are at an additional cost.  All documents must be submitted 30 days prior to the wedding date. Any license requests after this period will require US$100 express processing fee. Please uploaded the notarized photocopies (with the notary’s original ink signature/stamp) of each required document, for both the bride and groom, to your ceremony account. Your onsite wedding coordinator will review and advise if they are in good order.  The bride and groom are required to submit the following documents when requesting a legal ceremony: state-issued birth certificates, photo ID or passport, all pages of all court certified final divorce decrees (if applicable), state-issued death certificate with related marriage certificate (if applicable), legal name change or legal adoption documents (if applicable).  If any original documentation is issued in a language other than English, they must be professionally translated into English and included in the documents sent directly to the resort.  Jamaica requires notarization of copies of legal documents before they can have legal effect. To have documents authenticated, bring them to a local notary public. He or she will make a copy of the documents and notarize the copy attesting to having seen the original. If you state does not notarize the required documents, please ask them to do a one page affidavit stating your identity and notarize the affidavit.  All relevant documents are required to be sent directly to the resort to the attention of your onsite wedding coordinator.
