Plenty of camping & great amenities A.B.C. Amateur Race Club facilities are located 130km north of the Barkly Homestead on Brunette Downs Station. Turn right at the turn off & follow the signs (approx. 10km). Camping adjacent to facilities NOT inside the racetrack Catering & Refreshments available, full bar operating from Thursday – Sunday

Nominations for the Campdraft and Gymkhana will be open through Campdraft Central on Friday 8th June at 7am until Friday 15th June www.campdraftcentral.com.au Nominations MUST be paid by the 18th June No Paid Nominations = No Ride. NO late nominations will be accepted on the day. To register for events you must be a member of the Australian Campdraft Association Campdraft & Gymkhana are ACA Affiliated.

Riders under the age of 18 must wear Helmets whilst mounted on a horse at all ACA affiliated events. Helmets must comply with current safety standards and must be securely fastened under the chin at all times. Scratchings – as per ACA rule D.5. 7 days prior to 8am of the draft - 100% refund; then $15 penalty per scratching, then 3 days prior to 8am of draft, nil refund.

CAMPDRAFT DISTRICT BRED INCENTIVE

The rider of the highest scoring district bred horse in the Encouragement, Maiden, Novice, Ladies and Open will receive $100 prize money. To qualify as district bred, the horse must have been sired and foaled within the District Boundaries (see below). DISTRICT BOUNDARIES: The whole of the and that portion of Queensland contained in that area by a line drawn from the Queensland and NT Border east to and including Lawn Hill, Nardoo, Planet Downs, Gregory Downs, south to Carlton Hills, south-west to Carandotta, west to the Queensland-NT TT Bucking Border including the Jockey Club boundaries. String TO ENTER: On Campdraft Central, please nominate your horse/horses under the event ‘District Bred Incentive’.

Bar & Catering On course bar & catering is available from Wednesday afternoon until Monday morning. On-site caterer is Dragonfly Catering & Events. Ice is available for purchase from the bar, subject to availability.

Police, Ambulance & Fire St. John Ambulance and Tennant Creek Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade will be on site for the entire event. Northern Territory Police will also be attending the event.

Powered Sites There are limited powered sites available for pre-purchase, otherwise it is first in best dressed at the event. $44 for a power tag that is valid for a maximum of 5 nights from Wednesday to Sunday.
