A71 HORSLEY BRAE AND B7011 BROWNLEE ROAD PROPOSED TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER The Council propose to consider the introduction of a Traffic Regulation Order, the effect of which will be to facilitate junction improvement works at A71 Horsley Brae at B7011 Brownlee Road. Prohibition of Right Turn Manoeuvre From B7011 Brownlee Road (Westbound) to A71 Horsley Brae (Northbound) 40 MPH SPEED LIMIT A71 Horsley Brae from a point 178 metres north east of the extended north kerb of the circulatory carriageway of north eastwards to a point 261 metres north of the extended north kerb of B7011 Brownlee Road, a distance of 674 metres or thereby.
