Please find enclosed extracts from the Land Register and the Sasine Register which indicates that there has been no recent sale of this piece of land and that as there has been no change of use of this section of land ( footpath and section of road ), then North Lanarkshire Council still has control of this land. This land still being in use has not reverted to the estate.
