Jim Mahan

A football player is chosen for his ability for playing position. The All-American is selected for his ability to play the game with a knowledge of the entire sport. Jim Mahan is an Ail-American tackle, who comes from The Dalles, Ore. Playing both defense and of­ fense, he is a great pass receiver on "tackle eligible" plays, and has scored on these plays. The entire faculty and student body wish to congratulate Jim Mahan on a job well done.

Jim Brown, Bronco half back, comes out of the chute for a against the host of on-lookers from the Mesa JC Mavericks, to win the game 35-14.

The quick work by the Bronco defense catches the Dixie QB for a lose. The Broncos ousted them 21-13.

In completing his second season at the helm of the Broncos cagers Coach Satterfield's team compiled a 26-10 overall record, won their second ICAC Champ­ ionship and a ninth place finish in the nationals at Hutchinson, Kansas. Prior to coming to Boise College Coach Satterfield led the Borah Lions to the Idaho A-l crown in 1964-65.
