The All-American is selected for his ability to play the game with a knowledge of the entire sport. Jim Mahan is an Ail-American tackle, who comes from The Dalles, Ore. Playing both defense and of­ fense, he is a great pass receiver on "tackle eligible" plays, and has scored on these plays. The entire faculty and student body wish to congratulate Jim Mahan on a job well done. The quick work by the Bronco defense catches the Dixie QB for a lose. The Broncos went on to win this one 91-77. 230 Lane Broyles (54) scores against Dixie College while Wendell Hart (20) and Wayne Auer (42) await the rebound. Wm Dan Bokenkamp (32) lays up for two points against Mesa College to help the Broncos on to a 94-53 victory in an ICAC conference contest. Wendell Hart (20) goes in for two points against the Hawks with a layup shot while Keith Burke stands by for the rebound. 231 Steve Loveless (12) smashes through for one of his favorite lay-up shots to help the Broncos to victory over the Idaho Frosh team. I Renee Ruth (14) scrambles and comes up with a rebound against the Frosh of Utah State to help the Broncos win 87-73.
