The All-American is selected for his ability to play the game with a knowledge of the entire sport. Jim Mahan is an Ail-American tackle, who comes from The Dalles, Ore. Playing both defense and of­ fense, he is a great pass receiver on "tackle eligible" plays, and has scored on these plays. The entire faculty and student body wish to congratulate Jim Mahan on a job well done.
