3. Supplemental Recruitment Initiatives.

Managers are trained regarding EEO compliance rules, and are given Periodically Entercom forms and policy memos. Calls Entercom Providence offers paid internships at the radio stations in our Promotions and Programming departments. Interns must be Periodically college students and receive college credit for the internships. The Director of Programming Entercom 4 Internship Program throughout Promotions Directors and the Programming Directors oversee the Promotions Director Providence the year internships to evaluate the interns and ensure they are receiving Business Manager information and education. Internships are ongoing throughout the year.
