    Le nouveau réseau de proximité en Gironde La déclinaison opérationnelle du nouveau réseau de proximité s'étalera de 2021 à 2023. Si aucun chiffrage n'a été avancé par la direction locale sur le nombre de suppression d’emplois pour cette pour cette période, les effectifs qui seront maintenus dans les antennes ou la taille de l'équipe pour le travail à distance, nous savons d'ores et déjà qu'au niveau national, après les 1500 suppressions d'emplois annoncées pour 2020 la DGFIP subira 1800 suppressions supplémentaires en 2021 et 1600 en 2022 (qui s'ajoutent aux 40 000 depuis 10 ans). En Gironde, les services seront amputés de -25 emplois cette année. Depuis des années, la DGFiP absorbe la grande majorité des suppressions d’emplois, les services déjà exsangues, vont subir de nouvelles restructurations. Beaucoup de collègues sont déjà en souffrance, tandis que les usagers sont à bout de nerfs. Aujourd'hui, avec le nouveau réseau de proximité, c'est le démantèlement pur et simple de la DGFiP qui a été annoncé. Les métropoles doivent contribuer à la déconcentration des services vers la ruralité et le péri-urbain. 4 missions principales seront concernées : les SPF, CSP, missions foncières et SIE. Cela se traduit par un nombre réduit de services de gestion mais avec une multiplicité de points de contact (où il n'y aura pas d'agents DGFIP !!!).
