Holiday Club The opening times of the Holiday Club are 8:00 a.m. (or earlier by request) to 6:00 p.m. Variation of Day of Attendance It may be possible to vary the days attended, this depends on the number of children booked in on the new day and only within the same half-term. You must give the play leaders as much notice as possible of any change, ideally one week. Places cannot be guaranteed at short notice. This facility may be withdrawn without notice. A staff/child ratio of 1:8 must be maintained and we cannot exceed our registered number. Volunteers As a charity, we welcome voluntary help from members of the public. This can take the form of working with the children under supervision (DBS check will be required) or repairing Club equipment. We occasionally have young people working at the Club as part of their Duke of Edinburgh Award . If you would like to volunteer, please talk to the Senior Play Leader, it could lead to a career in working with children.
