Dear Liz,

Thank you for all your help taking care of our group at the Silent Heroes Donor Recognition event last week. You took care of every detail to make sure our event was a huge success. You also went above and beyond expectations to ensure that I was comfortable with the one area that caused me to have sleepless nights – stadium tours!

From all reports so far, our guests had a great time and particularly enjoyed the stadium tours, thanks to you and your outstanding staff! I look forward to hosting another event with you in the future. You are my hero.

I came to the Church in the Acres ballpark with my three daughters - ages 1, 4, and Springfield, MA 01119 6 - last night. As you can imagine, I had my hands full! The women that were working in that section were incredibly hospitable and helpful. These women helped make my daughters feel at home with their pleasant smiles and welcoming words. They even went so far as to carry drinks from the deck down to the place where we were sitting. They truly made my Social Media Scores girls’ first experience at a Redbirds game a great one.
