These functions are closely related and have a common purpose - to provide eTA with competent, well trained, and highly motivated personnel. This issue describes the duties and functions of the Employment Department. The next issue will cover the Training and Accident Prevention De- partment. The Employment Department has the responsi- bility for hiring applicants and for up-grading and reassigning present employes. Functions of the department include recruiting, interviewing, and te sting.
