be remitted in the form of DD to the beneficiary for the activities committed by the proponent. A copy of receipt from the beneficiary shall be submitted to SEIAA-TN.

3. As per the MoEF&CC Office Memorandum F. No. 22-6512017-lA.lll

dated: 30.09.2020 and 20.10.2020 the

proponent shall furnish the detailed EMP mentioning all the activities of proposed CER for entire project other

than the CER amount of 25 Lakhs to be remitted before the issue of Environmental clearance as imposed in the condition No.3, that the project proponent shall carry out the works

assigned under ecological damage,

natural resource augmentation and

community resource augmentation

within a period of one year. If not, the bank guarantee will be forfeited to TNPCB without further notice.

4. The project proponent shall submit the

proof for the action taken by the state Government/TNPcB against project proponent under the provisions of Section 19 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 as per the EIA

Notification dated: 14.03.2017 and

is mentioned inadvertently as 13725. cu.m

of Environmental Clearance subject to the following conditions among others. a. Restricting the maximum depth of mining up to 35m of topsoil & rough stone considering the environmental impacts due to the mining, safety of the working personnel and following

3. As per the approved mining plan, the ultimate depth of mining is 64m comprise of nine benches of 7m bench height & one bench lm height(top soil) and the maximum minable quantities of 395395cu.m of rough stone & 11920 cu.m of Topsoil.

4. As per the recommendation of SEAC, the ultimate depth of mining is restricted to 35m. As per the approved mining plan, for the restricted depth of mining 35m, the maximum minable quantities is 266023cu.m of rough stone & 11920 cu.m of Topsoil, whereas in the 2l2th SEAC minutes, the maximum minable quantities of rough stone is inadvertently typed as 369595cu.m instead of 266023cu.m of rough stone. In view of the above, the Authority unanimously accepts the recommendation of SEAC and decided to grant Environmental

Clearance subject to the conditions as recommended by SEAC & normal condition in addition to the following condition.

As per the recommendation of SEAC in the 212th SEAC minutes, the ultimate depth of mining is restricted to 22m and consequently the maximum minable quantities of 19.278cu.m of Multi Coloured Granite are permitted fbr mining over five years. In view of the above, the Authority unanimously accepts the recommendation of SEAC and decided to grant Environmental

5. As per the approved mining plan, the maximum minable quantities of 1,41,640 cu.m of rough stone & l6,l34cu.m of gravel are permitted for mining over a period of five years for the restricted depth of 32m, whereas in the SEAC minutes, the gravel

quantity has been typed inadvertently as 16,134cu.m of Topsoil. In view of the above, the Authority unanimously accepts the recommendation of SEAC and decided to grant Environmental

Clearance subject to the conditions as recommended by SEAC & normal condition in addition to the following condition.

l. As per the recommendation of SEAC and as

accepted by the project proponent, the ultimate depth of mining is restricted to 32m (30m of rough stone & 2m of topsoil)

considering the environmental impacts due to the mining, safety of the working

personnel and following the principle of the

sustainable mining and the same was accepted by the proponent. Consequently,

the maximum minable quantities of 141640 cu.m of Rough stone & 16134 cu.m of gravel are permitted for mining over five years.

2. As per the MoEF&CC ofhce memorandum F.No.22-65 12017 -t{.tlt dated: 30.09.2020 and 20.10.2020 the proponent shall furnish

Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District before obtaining CTE from TNPCB. 4. The Joint Director/ Assistant Director (i/c), of Geology and Mining shall ensure that necessary subdivision has been made for the survey No.765 (p) for the proposed Rough Stone & Gravel quany lease over an extent of 1.85.SHa at S.F.Nos. 765(p) at lrukandurai Village. Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District.
