Comments Received Australian Institute of Sport ‘Recently, scientists at the Australian Institute of Sport quantified the reliability of the StrikeMate for measuring maximal punching power in athletes. Their findings help coaches and athletes interpret the results of testing using the StrikeMate. Their assessments showed that if an athlete’s punching power improves by more than 1.8% over time, they can be confident that their training has lead to positive change in performance, not simply random variation’ Clare Humberstone PhD BSc (Hons) Senior Sport Physiologist Australian Sports Commission http://www.ausport.gov.au/ Richard Vince (richardvince.com) 8th Dan Black Belt. ‘We purchased a 'StrikeMate' to use to draw people to our stand when we attend Martial/fighting Arts shows, tournaments, conventions etc. Whenever we have set up the 'StrikeMate' and encouraged a few people to start the ball rolling, we have been inundated with individuals eager to test their power on the device. So far (after approximately 100 weeks of regular use) it has shown itself to be reliable, accurate and durable. As you would expect, the goal of some Martial Artists has been to endeavour to break the machine. The device has, so far, shown no sign of yielding to this onslaught. The readings are clear and simple and the results seem consistent. It is a great piece of equipment; we also use it with our students at our Academy as a retention tool. Each student may attempt to increase their power each month if they so choose’. With respect Richard Vince Master Vince started his career in Martial Arts in 1979 at Ipswich Martial Arts Centre.

The interior ministry identified the attacker as Ibrahim Suleiman, born in 1988. It said he was driving a cleaning truck at the time of the attack, and suffered multiple fractures and injuries. The min- istry added the five US soldiers were not injured. Security sources said that the suspect was taken to hospital under tight security. Detectives found in his possession a hand-written letter pledging allegiance to IS and adopting its ideology. Explosives - including a suicide belt - were found in the truck, owned by a local contracting company. Security bodies are interro- gating Ibrahim Suleiman Suleiman and conducting investi- gations to uncover the circumstances of the attack, in addition to finding the suspect’s accomplices and bring them to justice, the ministry said, reiterating commit- ment to preserving the safety and security of Kuwait and Kuwaitis. Kuwait is a stalwart US ally following the 1991 American-led Gulf War that ended the Iraqi occupation.

  • Fightcoin Pitch Deck
    1. Vision and value proposition FightCoin is where crypto meets combat sports. 2. The problem A) Millions of people around the world lack the support and the resources that they need to train or compete in martial arts or combat sports. B) There is no crypto ecosystem designed specifically for the millions of fight fans, fighters and martial artists. Many powerful blockchain technologies have not been effectively introduced to the combat sports industry. 3. The solution The solution is simple: - Build an extensive crypto ecosystem designed to engage fighters and fight fans, powered by FightCoin. - Encourage massive adoption by bringing the biggest names in combat sports into the FightCoin holding team. - Place a fee on all buy orders that directly funds the disadvantaged people of the world in fighting for their dreams through martial arts. 4. FightCoin Ecosystem The ecosystem will include: ● FightGame Studios: Our game studio will develop and release fight based games integrating blockchain technology. We begin with a semi-turn-based, 2D fighter, browser game with collectable NFTs. Early release. This game, “Legends of the Fight” is connected to a large metaverse, an open world where players can buy land, build fight gyms, train their fighters (upgrade NFTs) , and adventure in search of fights and collect new fighters (NFTs). The open world will have shops, events / tournaments, guilds (federations). It is designed to be an in-depth “Play to earn” game. Pay to earn is trending highly as a paradigm shift in gaming, where players earn more, the more they play and the better they play. Earning is achieved through collecting NFTs, upgrading NFTs (increasing value for sale on the market) and various reward systems.

Saturday: Conrad Cummings- Danny Dignum Middleweight Clash to Headline Latest Edition of #MTKFightNight on ESPN+ (Nov. 6, 2019) — Conrad “Mr. Dynamite” Cummings and the unbeaten Danny Dignum will square off in a can’t-miss 10-round tilt for the vacant WBO European middleweight title Saturday from London’s York Hall on the latest edition of #MTKFightNight. Cummings-Dignum and a stacked undercard will stream live on ESPN+, the leading multi-sport streaming service, starting at 3 p.m. ET/12 p.m. PT. Cummings (17-3-1, 7 KOs) hopes to capture the WBO European middleweight belt for the third time. Dignum (11-0, 5 KOs), from Essex, England, will make his middleweight debut after fighting at super middleweight and light heavyweight. This is his first scheduled 10-round bout, and he is coming off an eight-round decision over former world title challenger and European welterweight champion Rafal Jackiewicz.
