Fightcoin Pitch Deck 1. Vision and value proposition FightCoin is where crypto meets combat sports. 2. The problem A) Millions of people around the world lack the support and the resources that they need to train or compete in martial arts or combat sports. B) There is no crypto ecosystem designed specifically for the millions of fight fans, fighters and martial artists. Many powerful blockchain technologies have not been effectively introduced to the combat sports industry. 3. The solution The solution is simple: - Build an extensive crypto ecosystem designed to engage fighters and fight fans, powered by FightCoin. - Encourage massive adoption by bringing the biggest names in combat sports into the FightCoin holding team. - Place a fee on all buy orders that directly funds the disadvantaged people of the world in fighting for their dreams through martial arts. 4. FightCoin Ecosystem The ecosystem will include: ● FightGame Studios: Our game studio will develop and release fight based games integrating blockchain technology. We begin with a semi-turn-based, 2D fighter, browser game with collectable NFTs. Early release. This game, “Legends of the Fight” is connected to a large metaverse, an open world where players can buy land, build fight gyms, train their fighters (upgrade NFTs) , and adventure in search of fights and collect new fighters (NFTs). The open world will have shops, events / tournaments, guilds (federations). It is designed to be an in-depth “Play to earn” game. Pay to earn is trending highly as a paradigm shift in gaming, where players earn more, the more they play and the better they play. Earning is achieved through collecting NFTs, upgrading NFTs (increasing value for sale on the market) and various reward systems. Play to earn is also known as GameFi (game finance), it is the gamification of decentralised financial products and mechanisms. “Play to earn” drives strong market performance and a high user base. Our FightGame Studio is then beginning production of a full scale, high budget, eSports ready, low latency, 2D fighter. Imagine Street Fighter meets UFC meets Smash Brothers, we are getting creative and aiming for cult status. ● FightStream: here is where we create a streaming service for combat sports and martial arts. We are adding technology that allows fans to tip the fighters they are watching live with their favourite cryptocurrencies. This development will take approximately 4 months and will begin in Q4, 2021. ● FightBet: sports betting for fight shows and martial arts events only ● FightSwap: here people can swap one cryptocurrency for another ● FightMarket: this is an NFT marketplace for our collectable NFTs ● FightFarm: here traders stake their FightCoin with other cryptocurrencies to earn passive rewards ● FightStock: we are going to tokenize athletes, allowing fight fans to buy athlete tokens, speculating on and supporting the future success of the athlete. ● FightDAO: this is a decentralised autonomous organisation. The FightDAO will vote on decisions that impact FightCoin and the FightFund. It is a way that token holders can help steer the journey. ● FightFestival: a real world- crypto metaverse crossover event. Streaming actual combat sports into the metaverse while hosting games, markets, etc 5. Target market and opportunity Our best customer is a FightFan who loves crypto. They will play our games, watch our streams, use our DeFi, use our FightBet and support FightFund by buying and holding FightCoin. We appeal strongly to: Gamers and NFT Collectors. Crypto Investors Combat sports fans (MMA, boxing, Kickboxing etc) Martial Artists Fight shows and martial arts events (FightStream) Crypto Projects (sponsorship deals / cross promotion) 5. Does the ecosystem create revenue? FightCoin earns revenue through the sale of NFTs, games, land in our metaverse (also NFTs), streaming services, selling advertising through spaces and events and through a 1% fee on all buy and sell orders. This revenue is used to grow, develop and promote the ecosystem. FightFund is funded by a 2% fee on all buy and sell orders. 6. Traction and validation/roadmap Our token is created and currently being audited for security by Australian cyber security firm, EnterSoft. We are in our private token sale and about to enter our public token sale. We have achieved a high number of influencers and athletes being invested in our private token sale, representing our FightFund and as official playable characters in our first game. Influential athletes we have brought into our game and ecosystem include: Mark Hunt (UFC/PridFC), Tai Tuivasa (UFC), Chris Leben (UFC/BKFC), Lenne Hardt (PrideFC/Tekken), Gerald Meerschaert (UFC), Ken Shamrock (UFC, PridFC, WWE), Jon Fitch (UFC), Alexander Volkanovski (UFC), Ev Ting (OneFC), John Wayne Parr (Muay Thai legend), Giga Chickazdee (UFC), Gary Goodridge (UFC), Enson Inuoe (PrideFC), Marina Coffman (BKFC), Arlene Blencowe (Bellator). A new combat sports influencer is brought into our ecosystem at a rate of one every two days. This will increase with time. Influential and renowned artists we have commissioned to produce art, including the athlete NFTs include: BossLogic (marvel Studios), GeezFX (Michael Bisping and other UFC), Dave Fretz (UFC photographer/artist), JJ Ribi (world renowned, pioneered digital art in galleries around the world for 20+ years) We have supported the upcoming national Palestinian kickboxing championships and the representation of the Palestinian national team at the 2021 GAMMA Asian Championships. This is the first time a full palestinian team has ever attended. Our partenr in teh region, Nizar, is the president of the Palestinian MMA and Kickboxing Federations as well as being appointed to the Palestinian Olympic Committe. We are providing video content on IT innovation, athletes and influencers to the GAMMA Asian championships to be viewed on the big screens as part of the opening ceremony. We are awarding FightCoin medals to the stand out athletes throughout the Asian Championships, such as “fariest”, “best performance” “best striking” etc We are currently forming a partnership with MyReality and The Sandbox in hosting a large-scale event within their metaverse (virtual world). We intend to be across all major crypto metaverses for our first FightFestival this year. We have begun development of our first game, due for alpha release at the end of August. NFTs for our game will be available mid-August We are partnered with WAKO (world kickboxing fed) and GAMMA (world MMA fed). 7. Marketing and sales strategy (overview) ● Initial focus on athletes, influencers, media and eSports players to be characters in our game, to represent our causes and to be vested token holders. Leveraging their immense reach will boost our health, engagement and performance over time. ● Recruitment of key community influencers to gain reach within the crypto and combat sports media channels ● Promotion across Fintech, Crypto and Combat sports media ● Infiltrate social media channels via key influencers to create grassroots momentum ● Dedicated management of our communities across Telegram, Discord and social media. 8. FIGHT NIGHT RESULTS, QUOTES & PHOTOS FOR BELLATOR MMA 262: VELASQUEZ VS. KIELHOLTZ Juliana Velasquez: “I think I would be clinching a bit more, her striking didn’t surprise me, but I felt that I did enough to retain the title.” “I beat her with my jab, if you look at her face, it’s messed up, if you look at mine, my face is fine. I think people in the audience favor her because she has a kickboxing style and I counter, but I think it was my boxing that was the difference tonight.” “When I come in here, I don’t think of myself as a champion, I think of myself as someone who needs to earn the belt and tonight I felt that I did that.” #5–Tyrell Fortune (11-1, 1 NC) defeated #7-Matt Mitrione (13-9, 1 NC) via submission (strikes) at 1:45 of round one Tyrell Fortune: “I feel great coming out of the fight. He stepped forward so I went for the shot instead of throwing the punch and I guess I made contact with my head. Besides that I was running through him for the takedown. As you saw, I finished on top, and the fight went from there. “I didn’t feel it (the clash of heads), I can only go off of what he was saying at the time. Like I said, I was just looking to get on top and continue to fight so I didn’t really know what else to do. I thought if there was a contact that the ref would have saw and we would have stopped that’s why I paused for a second on top of him.
