Our Global Context Two mega trends are shaping our world today – the climate crisis and the digitization of the economy and society. The infrastructure of the 21st Century is digital. Even as stock markets fluctuate in the current crisis, the equity value of public data center companies has risen dramatically: 20% since the beginning of 2020 and 75% over the last 24 months, according to the investment bank RBC. With the premium placed on green investments by many, it is clear to see how these trends impact DigiPlex in a positive way.
