ICN - SEOUL - GANGHWA (L/D) Meeting with a tour guide at Incheon International Airport and visit: Gwangmyeong Donggul (cave): Gwangmyeong Cave is the largest theme cave park with varied cultural and artistic things, created in a gold mine where gold, silver, and bronze were mined. Visotors can experience Cave Aqua World, Gold Falls, Gold Road, Gold Palace, Horror Experience, Cave Basement World, Underground Lake, the largest dragon sculpture in the nation, LED lights, and other facilities which adds more fun. Driving along Coastal Road: Ganghwa Island is connected to the mainland by Ganghwadaegyo Bridge. This island has such a great scenery of mountains and the sea even though it‟s only 80 minutes away from Seoul. Let‟s drive along the coastal road seeing this amazing view of both the sea and mountains. Riding Luge: Ruge is exciting activities which is very safe and fun. This is 1.8kms long which is one of the longest track in Asia. Recently, one of the famous K-pop stars “Twice” has visited here for riding ruge. Dosol Misulguan (Gallery café): This is a Hanok (traditional residence) gallery café. Visitors can feel comfortable and traditional atmosphere and also see some paintings at this place with coffee and tea. Dongmak Beach (mudflat): You can enjoy the sea in one of the nearest island around Seoul. Especially, you can see the mudflat depending on tide. Located at the center of the 600-Year old historic city of Seoul, you can see the statue of King Sejong the Great who invented Korean Alphabet „Hangul‟ and the statue of Admiral Yi Sun-Shin. Cheonggyecheon Stream: The stream has 600 years of story to tell. It was once neglected after the Korean War, because it was soon filled with trash as many people settled down along the stream. However, it was restored in 2005 and became an example of successful restoration in megacity. Namdaemun Market: Located near Namdaemun Gate, Namdaemun market is one of largest and oldest markets in Korea. You can buy variety of goods such as clothes, glasses, kitchenware, toys, fishing equipment, carpets, ginseng, flowers, and imported goods. Myeongdong Street: Myeongdong street is one of Seoul‟s popular shopping and tourism districts among young people. Floating populations are estimated to be 2 million per day and it is one of the most expensive shopping districts in the world.
