2019 Guest Information

On behalf of our Members and Club Management, welcome to Colorado Club, host of the 2019 U.S. Mid- Amateur Championship (September 14-19). If we can do anything to enhance your experience, please do not hesitate to ask. Our Coore & Crenshaw is currently ranked no. 33 on Magazine’s list of Top 100 Modern Courses. In order to provide the best experience of the course, clubhouse and the natural setting of the club, we kindly request guests to note the following guidelines.

Dress Code: Proper golf attire is required of Members and Guests at all times while on Colorado property. Denim, cargo shorts or pants, running or tennis shorts are not permitted at any time. ✓ Men & Boys – Must wear appropriate golf shirts that are tucked in, golf trousers or Bermuda length shorts. Please remove caps and hats prior to entering the Clubhouse, and when outdoors wear caps with the bill facing forward. ✓ Women & Girls – Sleeveless blouses are permitted as are Bermuda length shorts and skirts, and golf slacks or culottes. Ladies may wear caps or visors in the Clubhouse. ✓ All Players – Must wear spike-less, soft spike, or rubber soled shoes. Cell Phones/Mobile Devices: All phones should be set to silent ring mode. You are welcome to use your mobile device for texting and emailing while maintaining respect for those around you. Voice calls may ONLY be made in your vehicle, the business office (located in the west wing of the clubhouse) or in the locker bays in the locker rooms Gratuities: Colorado Golf Club is a non-tipping club with the exception of the locker room staff and recommended tip for caddie services. Locker Room: The locker room is available for all guests for daily use. Locker room staff will be happy to provide a guest locker at no charge. Unaccompanied guest wishing to eat at the club prior to or after a round are welcome in the Members Grill (located in the central area of the Clubhouse). The Men’s Grill in the locker room is reserved for members and accompanied guests only. Thank you. Caddie Policy: A forecaddie is required for unaccompanied guests or in groups with two or more guests. Caddies must be paid in cash or charged to a member account. Our Caddie Master Mike Engler will visit with you prior to your round to introduce you to your caddie and answer any questions. Caddie fees range from $40.00 to $100.00 per player inclusive of gratuity, depending on if you have a forecaddie or carry caddie. Playing Rules: All guests should check-in at the Golf Shop immediately upon arrival. The club expects all members and guests to play at pace not to exceed 4 hours 30 minutes for 18 holes. Please play the appropriate set of for your ability. Our Professional staff will be monitoring pace of play and communicating to you how you are doing. Please respect them at all times. Observe any posted cart restrictions, and please remember that carts are never permitted in any native areas. Parking: Members and guests will have the option to use valet services or self-park.
