Pursuant to an application by the Town of Westlock, Alberta, the Board, after a public hearing, issued-Order No. 5028 dated January 15th, 1971, to provide for annexation of certain territory to the Town of Westlock and for separation of the said lands from the Munnicipal District of Westlock No. 92. The aforesaid Order was de‘ficient in two respects: (a) the sketchSchedule “A”-accompanying the Order did not show correctly the areas described in the text of the Order as being annexed to the town; and 783

(b) the text of the Order failed to include certain road widenings which should also have been annexed to the town. It is ordered therefore that Board Order No. 5028 dated the 15th day of January, 1971, be amended as follows: (1) As to the enactment Clause I. by deleting the whole of the said clause and by substituting therefor the following new Clause I.: “I. That there be annexed to the Town of Westlock, Alberta, and thereupon be separated from the Municipal District of Westlock No. 92, the following described lads: Firstly: All of the south-east quarter and the north half of section 4, township 60, range 26, west of the fourth meridian which lies east of the easterly limits of the Northern Alberta Railways as shown on railway plan 7501 A.Y. and not presently within the town boundaries, together with all that portion of the north-south road allowance adjoining the west boundary of the said north half which lies south of the south- easterly limit of the said railway; and the east-west road allowance and road widening as shown on road plan 489 J.Y., adjoining the south boundary of the said south-east quarter of section 4 not presently within the town boundaries; and all of the south-east quarter of section 6, said township and range, together with the east-west road allowance and road widening as shown on said road plan 489 J.Y. adjoining the south boundary of the said south-east quarter of section 6. Secondly: All that portion of the north-east quarter of section 5, township 60, range 26, west of the fourth meridian, which lies south- east of the south-easterly limit of t@ Northern Alberta Railway as shown on said plan 7501 A.Y., not presently within the town boundaries. (A sketch showing the general location of the annexed lands is attached hereto as Schedule “A-Revised”’.)’’ Except as is herein provided all the provisions of Board Order NO. 5028 remain unchanged.
