15/17.1 No members of the public attended the meeting.

15/18.1 Cllr. Feltham declared an interest in CH/2015/0081/FA and declined to comment.

15/19.1 The Minutes of the Planning Meeting held on 2nd February 2015 were confirmed and signed as a true record.

15/24.1 It was noted that a letter had been received from HS2 stating that an Additional Provision (AP) would be lodged with Parliament with regard to a requirement for extra land within the Parish.
15/25 Other Matters
15/25.1 Following on from the meeting with Graham Winwright from CDC regarding the Local Plan, the following sites were debated amongst the Members and it was AGREED to submit these to CDC for consideration for submission into the Local Plan.
Land to rear of 45-47 Watchet Lane Former Gas Holder site, Deep Mill Lane, Little Kingshill (Travellers site) Lane at front of Earl Howe Allotment – proposed site for new Doctors Surgery Land Adjacent to Green Acres, Earl Howe Road, Holmer Green Haleacre Workshops, Watchet Lane, Little Kingshill Holmer Green Farm, Penfold Lane/King Street Lane and Featherbed Lane Farm, Holmer Green Mop End, Amersham (Travellers site) Land to rear of houses in Spurlands End Road. Great Kingshill n.b. This lies within Hughenden Parish, Wycombe District Council
