Scheduling and flight status information aren’t just about speed and accuracy. Better utilisation of data will lead to better engagement of travellers. Airlines need to look at ways to use data more intuitively and look at the “micro moments” comprising a journey. Standing in security queues, being unsure about flight take-off times can be painful.
