NEW THE NORTHERN GRAPES SYMPOSIUM FOR 2015 WEDNESDAY, MARCH 18, 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM Like a conference within a conference, the Northern Grapes Symposium features a series of sessions dedicated to cold climate hybrids. It is a collaboration of EWE and the Northern Grapes Project (NGP), a Coordinated Agriculture Project funded by the USDA NIFA Specialty Crops Research Initiative. The goal of the NGP is to provide research to help producers overcome production and marketing constraints and increase the profitability and sustainability of emerging cold climate grape and wine industries. The NGP’s extensive research and findings provide the framework for the symposium. The Northern Grapes Symposium is included with purchase of the Workshop+Conference, Two-Day Conference, or Wednesday Day Pass.
