I hope that you find it useful in your search of a property here in Paradise. Our mantra here at Ricardo Amigo Real Estate is: “WE GET WHY YOU’RE HERE!” I write this in our ads, attach it to our handouts, and repeat it at staff meetings because I want you, as a buyer, to know that my team and I have all been through this experience, and the common thread be- tween all of us is that we wanted a different way of life than what we knew. The inspiration to make the change to live here full- or part-time, or to just invest in the Todos Santos area to have something for the future, comes from that peaceful and tranquil feeling that envelops you when you are here... I felt it immediately on my first visit, and two months later, I came back to stay. It has now been almost 18 years and I can gratefully say that this feeling prevails as a part of my daily life.
