[13tlt September, 1882.] BE IT EN AOTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- Short Title. 1. The Short Title of this Act is "The Ohoka and Eyreton Domain Board Empowering Act, 1882." Ohoka and Eyreton 2. The Ohoka and Eyreton Domain Board may, by resolution from ~~;~ !~a~~re time to time to be passed, which resolution shall be advertised in some than six da;rs in newspaper circulating in the Eyreton Road Board District twice a i::'; b! ~:hf~~arge week-at least for two successive weeks prior to the days hereafter a~mission to reerea- referred to, determine that, as to not more than six days in any year, bon reserve. which days shall be specified in such resolution, but shall not be one or other of the days mentioned in the Schedule hereto, any person desir ing to obtain admission to the Ohoka and Eyreton Recreation Reserve, number one thousand five hundred and sixty-seven, in the Rangiora Survey District, shall not be entitled to obtain such admission upon anyone of such days unless upon payment to the said Board, or to some person, body, or society (incorporate or not) named by the said Board in such resolution, of a fee or charge to be fixed by such resolution, and which shall not exceed one shilling for each person, with an extra shilling for every horse or vehicle which he may desire to take with him, unless such person desires to obtain admission to the stand hereinafter mentioned, in which case an additional fee or charge not exceeding ten shillings, to be fixed as aforesaid, may be imposed prior to his obtaining admission to such stand: Provided that not more than ten shillings shall be charged for admission to such stand during anyone day. This Act shall continue in operation until the first day of Operation of Act. January, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-three, and no longer. SCHEDULE. Schedule. ANY Sunday, New Year's Day, Good Friday, the Queen's Birthday, the Prince of Wales' Birthday, Christmas Day, and the sixteenth day of December in every year.
