ACADEMY of OUR LADY of MOUNT CARMEL “This Is for You and Yours, a Privilege…” ACADEMY OF OUR LADY OF MOUNT CARMEL “this is for you and yours, a privilege…” Dear Families, Welcome back! This is an exciting time for you and your child as we prepare for the next phase of their academic journey. To that end, I need to know whether or not your child will be taking the HSPT Exam on Friday, November 9.th Although we have an 8th grade parent meeting scheduled for Thursday, September 20th, I must register your child for the HSPT before that date. If your child is taking the exam, kindly complete the following form and send a check made out to OLMC for $65. Complete the demographic infor- mation part first. Then, use the test site sheet code to write the first choice school of where your child would like to take the test. I would advise that you pick a test site that is close to home for easy travel time on the day of the test. Complete a second and third choice test site as well in the event the first test site is not available. Should you have any questions, kindly reach out to me. I am happy to help. Regards, Tony J.
