VITA payment would substantially reduce the financial burden suffered by personnel residing in high coat housing areas. To determine VITA levels by Oct I, 1980 a joint survey of military housing costs is scheduled. Information obtained from the survey will be used to set different allowance rates fur various areas of the country, This allowance is similar to that now paid to servicemembers stationed overseas where WAN r'saW AaS. ~OP Wiih, '2WHird, r, housing costs exceeds BAQ. ft== -c As pfeeently written, VHA would make up for the 111 difference between the average coat of housing experienced by military members in an area and 115 percent of BAQ. For example: If the survey determines the average housing costs of military personnel for any given area averages 150 percent of BAQ, then VILA would be set at 35 percent of BAQ. • 275. – Part One
    275. – PART ONE 275. Clifford (1994) Okay, here’s the deal: I don’t know you, you don’t know me, but if you are anywhere near a television right now I need you to stop whatever it is that you’re doing and go watch “Clifford” on HBO Max. This is another film that has a 10% score on Rotten Tomatoes which just leads me to believe that all of the critics who were popular in the nineties didn’t have a single shred of humor in any of their non-existent funny bones. I loved this movie when I was seven, and I love it even more when I’m thirty-three. It’s genius. Martin Short (who at the time was forty-four) plays a ten-year-old hyperactive nightmare child from hell. I mean it, this kid might actually be the devil. He is straight up evil, conniving, manipulative and all-told probably causes no less than ten million dollars-worth of property damage. And, again, the plot is so simple – he just wants to go to Dinosaur World. There are so many comedy films with such complicated plots and motivations for their characters, but the simplistic genius of “Clifford” is just this – all this kid wants on the entire planet is to go to Dinosaur World. That’s it. The movie starts with him and his parents on an plane to Hawaii for a business trip, and Clifford knows that Dinosaur Land is in Los Angeles, therefore he causes so much of a ruckus that the plane has to make an emergency landing.

Press Release PM2 Entertainment, Richard Jordan Productions, Project Y Theatre in association with Underbelly present GARY BUSEY’S ONE–MAN HAMLET as performed by David Carl Directed by Michole Biancosino at The Underbelly, 66 Cowgate, Edinburgh 6 - 30 August at 17.50 (19.00) Press Performances from 8 August A Multi-Media Theatre Comedy with Puppets ★★★★ “It’s crazy hilarious.” David Cote, Time Out New York Having triumphed in Celebrity Big Brother, survived Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew and battled with Meatloaf and Donald Trump, Keanu Reeves' favourite co-star now takes on his biggest challenge yet: proving that he still has the ‘acting chops’ by performing all the parts in Hamlet at the Edinburgh Fringe, with songs and home-made puppets. Written by David Carl (after Shakespeare) and co-created and directed by Michole Biancosino. Gary Busey’s One-Man Hamlet (as imagined by David Carol) won the Outstanding Solo Performance Award at the New York Fringe in 2014. Switching between beat poet narrator, puppeteer, musical theatre singer, action-movie director and “great” actor, Gary Busey (as imagined by David Carl) plays each scene in the style he feels appropriate. This mix of high and low-brow comedy celebrates Shakespeare’s play by proving it is still relevant, applicable and moving in the jaded, celebrity-crazy, meme-obsessed world we (and David Carl) live in. CRITICS’ PICK – Time Out NY ‘Gary Busey (as played by David Carl) knocks it out of the park.’ Pop-culture Spin ‘So demented a concept, it actually works...’ New York Post ‘One of the funniest shows in New York, period.
