George Bush Library The George H. W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum Tour One of the top attractions in the State of Texas, the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum creates a museum experience that is both educational and entertaining. The George H. W. Bush Library and Museum is located on the Campus of Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, 90 miles from Houston. The Museum was dedicated on November 6, 1997 and rededicated on November 10, 2007. The museum’s core exhibits reveal the unique influences and challenges that shaped George Bush’s life and presidency, and frequently changing temporary exhibits present visitors new and interesting perspectives of President Bush. Through artifacts, film, photographs, documents, music, sound effects and interactive videos, this special museum experience encompasses much of U.S. history since 1941. See a World War II Avenger Torpedo Bomber, a 1947 Studebaker, a slab of the Berlin Wall, and precise replicas of President Bush’s Camp David and Situation Room. In addition, a special section is dedicated to First Lady Barbara Bush and her efforts on behalf of literacy, AIDS awareness and prevention, and volunteerism. The Bush Family Gravesite is located on the grounds of the George H.W. Bush Presidential Center. The Bush Family Gravesite, quietly nestled behind the Presidential Pond on the Center grounds, creates a tranquil space for honoring and remembering the life of President George H.W. Bush, First Lady Barbara Bush; and their daughter, Pauline Robinson Bush. The three headstones read: Hon. George Bush June 12, 1924 – November 30, 2018, Barbara P. Bush June 8, 1925 – April 17, 2018 and Robin Bush December 20, 1949 – October 11, 1953. Bush’s daughter was originally buried at Putnam Cemetery in Greenwich, Connecticut, but was re-buried at the library in 2000. The Texas Lone Star Chapter has arranged transportation to The George H. W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum leaving on Wednesday, August 5 at 10:00 AM and returning at 5:00 PM. The cost is $35 per person which includes round trip transportation from Houston to College Station, Texas and guided tour of the Library. Due to the distance and travel time of about 3 hours total round trip, we have planned a stop at a popular Texas Bar-B-Q restaurant in College Station. Lunch is not included in the price and is on you. Register now and don’t miss this great tour. 10/17/19 .

History In Memoriam The Life and Legacy of George H.W. Bush By Fernando Sanchez How do we remember our recently deceased presidents? With the passing of George H. W. Bush and the multitude of obituaries coming out of major American news media, the answer becomes remarkably clear. We remember them through rose-tinted glasses. Virtually all retrospectives on George H. W. Bush, no matter their author’s political predilection, sanctify him. This is certainly nothing new: the American media tends to concentrate on the positive aspects of recently deceased politicians rather than on their negative ones. However, this should not be the norm, especially in the case of a man who held many high-ranking government positions like George H. W. Bush. Obituaries are particularly powerful last comments on a person’s life. Sean Sweitzer, in his retrospective analysis on the life of former Israeli Prime Minister, Ariel Sharon, argues that an obituary, unlike a biography or memoir, is directly accessible to a broad audience.

George George HerbertHerbert Scherff Scherff WalkerWalker BushBush ▲▲ AgenturAgentur OfOf TheThe NewNew WorldWorld OrderOrder According to Otto Skorzeny, pictured [above] is the Scherff family and a few friends (circa 1938). Holding “Mother” Scherff’s hand at left is Martin Bormann. Bormann became Hitler’s second in command. In front is Reinhardt Gehlen. Gehlen was a chief SS officer and assassin who was smuggled out of Germany under Operation Paperclip. In back is Joseph Mengele, and to the right is Otto Skorzeny as a young man. Skorzeny was Hitler's bodyguard and SS spy/assassin who came to the U.S. after the war under Project Paperclip. At center right (in the German navy uniform) is George H. Scherff, Jr. (about 14 years old) and his father, George H. Scherff, Sr. Otto Skorzeny and George H. Scherff, Jr. were instrumental in merging Nazi SS intelligence with the OSI to form the CIA with "Wild Bill" Donovan and Allen Dulles. These guys were also part of CIA mind control experiments such as MK-ULTRA. Joseph Mengele, the notoriously sadistic “Angel of Death” at Auschwitz, escaped Germany to South America after the war. George H. Scherff, Sr. was Nicola Tesla’s “trusted assistant,” and George H. Scherff, Jr., a/k/a George H. W. Bush, later became 41st President of the United States. What you are about to read is another step beyond research pioneered in the early 90s by author/historian Webster Tarpley, based largely on deathbed “clues” provided by former Hitler bodyguard Otto Skorzeny and his box of photographs. Since Skorzeny’s death in 1999, the various leads he provided have been followed up and tend to support what, at first blush, would appear to be the unbelievable rantings of an embittered old man.
