Asana: It is a work organization, tracking and managing applications for

teams. It was founded by Facebook co-founder Dustin Moskovitz and ex- Google-and-Facebook engineer Justin Rosenstein. Asana was founded in 2008

and launched the product in April 2012. Let’s see a List of Asana keyboard

Tab + Y It is used to Mark as Today in your My Tasks.

Tab + U Use this key to Mark as Upcoming in your My Tasks.

Tab + L Helps to Mark as Later in your My Tasks.

Inbox shortcuts:

K Used to Move Up/Down. or J

H This key will Jump to the Inbox tab.

S It will Jump to the Archive tab.

F Use this key to Follow or Unfollow.

I Helps to Archive.

U It is used to Move to Inbox.

Shortcut Function

Enter Use this key for New Task.

Tab + Backspace Helps to Delete Selected Task(s).

It is used to Delete the current task (when the Backspace task name is empty).

Ctrl + Enter This key will Complete Selected Task(s).

Ctrl + ↑ ↓ Used to Move Up/Down.

Ctrl + Shift + ↑ ↓ Helps to Jump Up/Down to the next Section.

Ctrl + C It will Copy Selected Tasks.

Ctrl + V Use this key to Paste Tasks (One per line).

Tab + M Helps to Assign to Me.

Tab + H This key will Like a Selected Task.

It is used to Type a colon at the end of a task : name to create a Section.

Tab + I Helps to Navigate to Inbox.

Tab + C It is used to Comment on Selected Task.

Tab + A This key will Assign Selected Task.

Tab + D Helps to Set Due Date.

Tab + F It is used to Add Followers.

Tab + T Use this key to add a tag to the task.

Tab + S Helps to Focus Subtasks.

Tab + / This key will Search for a project, tag, person, or task.
