Itis hereby notified that by. virtue of the powers vested in the Governor by section 66 of the Customs Laws, 1936 to (No. 2) 1948., and duly deputed to me, I hereby approve the area described in the third, column of the Schedule hereto, belonging to the Bank whose name is set out in the first column of that Schedule and occupied by the company whose name is set out in the second column of that Schedule, to be a private warehouse for the warehousing of the goods specified in the fourth column of the said Schedule without payment of import duties upon the first entry of such goods therein. With reference to the Notification published under No. 53 in Supplement No. 3 to Gazette No. 3355 of 12th February, 1948, notice is hereby given that the following lands are required by the Governor for the undertaking of public utility mentioned in that Notification :— All those areas of land situated in the villages of Angastina, Marathovounos, Pyrga, Prastio, Gaidhouras and Styllos, in the District of Famagusta, comprising 13| donums or thereabouts, bounded on all sides by private property and including part of plots Nos.' 147,134, 137, 138, 139 of the Government Survey Plan No. XXII.31 village, part of plots Nos. 154, 155, 162, 163, 555, 492, 491 of the Government Survey Plan No. XXII.31, part of plots Nos. 21, 25, 35, 121, 120 of the Government Survey Plan No. XXII.32, part of plots Nos. 433, 434 of the Government Survey Plan No. ΧΧΠΙ.36, part of plots Nos. 101, 102, 125, 124, 123, 120, 119 of the Government Survey Plan No. XXIII.45, part of plots Nos. 283, 295, 286 of the Government Survey 98 Plan No. ΧΧΙΠ.46, part of plots Nos. 400, 380, 379, 374 of the Government Survey Plan No. XXIII.48, more particularly defined as the areas coloured red on "the four plans, deposited with the Commissioner Famagusta, marked as follows : Plan No. 1 : "Part of AngastinaLimnia Road—areas falling in : Angastina and , Marathovounos villages", dated 24th ■".""; 7 February, 1948. In exercise of the powers vested in me by section 20 of the Tree Planting (Village Areas) Law,; 1948, I dojiereby order that the Order relating to the Tree Planting Area of the. village of Athienou, published under Notification No. 627 of the Gazette, of 7th August, 1931, the extension whereof for a further period of five years was published in Supplement No. 3 to the Gazette of 14th August, 1941, and which expired on 7th September, 1946, shall be extended for a further period of five years from the date of expiration as aforesaid.
