In this report, “likelihood to re-enroll” does not necessarily mean that students answering negatively do not intend to return to their institutions. Instead, it really addresses this question: If students had to repeat their educations, would they enroll again at their institutions? In other words, do they feel that attending their chosen institutions has been worth it?
