2021 5-ticket Super Flex Pass: $170 Youth (age 22 and under) 5-ticket Flex Pass: $100

These SUPER Flex Pass tickets will be good for ANY productions at CRT Downtown or the Little York Pavilion in 2021. Some restrictions (such as fund raisers, children’s shows or smaller non- mainstage events) will apply.

These SUPER Flex Passes still have the advantages of discounts over a single ticket price, free exchange privileges, and the advance ticket opportunity to purchase additional summer tickets during summer Subscriber’s Week before we open to the public. Plus, as a subscriber, you have the comforting knowledge that you are supporting CRT in an exceedingly difficult time.

FAQs:

Why is there only one Flex Pass type in 2021? This allows for the highest flexibility, ease in choosing seats and in expediting exchanges. This also keeps all ticket prices fair across the board.

I’ve never had a Flex Pass before. How do they work? Visit our website at CortlandRep.org, and view the dates and times of the performances you wish to attend. Also check out the outdoor seating chart, and choose your first choice in seating (with some back up options.) When our box office opens for summer ticket sales, place your order with our staff, and you’ll be all set!

What about my summer subscriber’s seats from previous years? Not to worry – your summer subscription seats in the Pavilion will not be affected for future seasons. Once we can start up again, we will be working with the same seating requests and orders from 2019, including any changes made for 2020 before the shut-down. Everything will still be in place the next time we have a “normal” summer season.

What if I rolled my 2020 subscription over to 2021? THANK YOU for rolling over your subscription, and your faith in CRT! By now you should have received a letter from us explaining the procedure, as well as your new 2021 Flex Pass(es). If you haven’t received this letter, please let us know!

Because seating arrangements have changed (temporarily) for 2021, we hope you understand our need to change all 2020 subscriptions to Flex Passes (though JUST for 2021). If you had chosen specific seats at the Pavilion for 2020, those seats will change to general admission/flex seats for this year. You will have the same number of seats you had ordered in 2020 and can use them towards any performances in 2021. But because your subscription is now a Flex Pass, you will need to order your seats in advance. If you paid less than $170 for your subscription, your subscription is grandfathered, and you do not have to pay the difference. If you paid more than $170 for your 2020 subscription, you may choose to donate the difference or contact us to request a refund of the difference.

What about Gift Certificates? CRT tickets make excellent gifts! Our Gift Certificates give you the option to order a SUPER-Flex Pass, single tickets or a monetary value for your friends and family. Use our online Gift Certificate order form on our website, or download a blank form and mail it in. Thank you!

Can I get a refund if I don’t like the season, or my plans change? For this year only, subscribers can get a full refund, if requested by May 1, 2021.
