The Findon Road Kidman Park (North) Mixed Use (Residential and Commercial) Development Plan Amendment (the Amendment) by the City of Charles Sturt has been finalised in accordance with the provisions of the Development Act 1993. 2. The Minister for Planning has decided to approve the Amendment. PURSUANT to section 25 of the Development Act 1993, I – a. approve the Amendment; and b. fix the day on which this notice is published in the Gazette as the day on which the Amendment will come into operation. Dated: 10 February 2020 HON STEPHAN KNOLL MP Minister for Planning FISHERIES MANAGEMENT ACT 2007 SECTION 115 Exemption Number ME9903094 TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to section 115 of the Fisheries Management Act 2007, the holder of a licence issued under the Fisheries Management (Charter Boat Fishery) Regulations 2016 or their registered masters or any person onboard a boat registered under such a licence who has entered into a Charter Boat Fishing Agreement with the Licence Holder (the ‘exemption holders’) are exempt from the provisions contained in the declaration made under section 79 of the Fisheries Management Act 2007 and published as the third notice on page 91 of the South Australian Government Gazette dated 16 January 2020, but only insofar as the exemption holders may possess Snapper (Chrysophrys auratus) on a boat undertaking a lawful Charter Boat fishing service within the Snapper Closure Area (the 'exempted activity'), subject to the conditions set out in Schedule 1 during the period specified in Schedule 2 unless varied or revoked earlier. Exemption Number ME9903094. SCHEDULE 1 1. At least one hour prior to travelling through any part of the waters of the Snapper Closure Area described in this notice, the licence holder or register must, if in possession of Snapper on the Charter Boat, make a prior report to PIRSA Fishwatch (1800 065 522) and must provide the Department the following information: • The name of the caller; • Contact phone number of the caller; • The licence number; • Number of passengers on board; • Number of Snapper on board; and • The approximate time the boat will enter the Snapper Closure Area. • The landing time the boat will arrive at the point of departure or disembarkation in the Snapper Closure Area. • The tag numbers of the Department issued Recreational and Charter Snapper tags securely fastened to the Snapper on board the boat. 2. All Snapper on board the Charter Boat must have a Recreational or Charter Snapper tag issued by the Department secured through the mouth and gill in such a manner that the tag cannot be removed without being broken before entering the Snapper Closure Area. 3. Any Snapper taken and tagged during the charter, must remain on the vessel at the point of departure or disembarkation in the Snapper Closure Area until after the nominated landing time. 4. The exemption holder must not delete or alter track logs recorded on electronic devices (e.g. Chart plotter, Global Positioning System) on board the charter boat for a period of 7 days after creating the track log if the boat has transited the Snapper Closure Area. 5. While engaging in the exempted activity, the exemption holder must be in possession of a copy of this notice. This notice must be produced to a Fisheries Officer if requested. 6. The exemption holders must not contravene or fail to comply with the Fisheries Management Act 2007 or any regulations made under that Act, except where specifically exempted by this notice.
