Councilman Porenta nominated Councilman Banks to serve as council president for 2005. Seconded by Councilman Horn. Councilman Tate nominated Councilman Kourbelas to serve as president. Seconded by Councilman Demshar. Following secret ballot Councilman Banks was awarded the presidency. Councilman Porenta moved to approve the amended agenda. Seconded by Councilman Banks.
