No. 61842-23 Application Dated July 16, 2012 Dear Mr. Akins: The application referred to above, submitted under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, as amended, is acceptable under FIFRA §3(c)(7)(B) subject to the following conditions: 1. You must submit and/or cite all data required for registration review of your product when the Agency requires all registrants of similar products to submit such data. Linuron data requirements are outlined in GDCI-035506-1014 under docket EPA-HQ-OPP-2010-0228 at www.regulations.gov. 2. If you fail to satisfy these data requirements, EPA will consider appropriate regulatory action, including, among other things, cancellation under FIFRA §6(e). Stamped copies of the labels are enclosed for your records. The main label supersedes all previously accepted labels. You must submit one (1) copy of the final printed label before you release the product for shipment. Products released for shipment after eighteen (18) months from the date of this letter must bear the new revised label. If these conditions are not complied with, the registration will be subject to cancellation in accordance with FIFRA §6(e).
