MITS-Conference Proceedings.Pdf PREFACE We feel greatly honored for having been assigned the job of organizing a Joint International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Evolutionary Computations in Engineering Systems (ICAIECES-2017) & Power, Circuit and Information Technologies (ICPCIT-2017) during 27-29th April 2017, at Madanapalle Institute of Technology & Science (MITS), Madanapalle, Andhra Pradesh, INDIA. It is our pleasure and privilege to present you the proceeding of the international conference in a bound volume, for the benefit of the participants and others. The main objective of the conference is to bring together researchers, scientists, engineers, academicians and research scholars under one place to discuss the challenges encountered and the solution adopted in the field of Electrical, Electronics and Computer Science Engineering. 500 papers received from various countries participants out of which 400 come under to the final approval, It is extremely encoring. The conference has been divided in to 21 sessions like Power system operation and control, Power quality, Energy system, Embedded System and Instrumentation, HVDC, Power electronics, Machines and Drives, computer science, Communication, FACTS and Application of Artificial Intelligence spread over the three days and eminent keynote speakers delivered lectures on different themes of the conference. We take this opportunity to extend our gratitude to our honorable Secretary & Correspondent Dr. N. Vijaya Bhaskar Choudary, Ph.D, Chairman Sri. N. Krishna Kumar and Dr. C. Yuvaraj, Principal, whole heartedly for the confidence they entrusted on us to organize this International Conference ICAIECES-2017 & ICPCIT-2017. We sincerely thank Dr. B.
