VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT RENEWAL OF MTR ADVERTISING SALES AGENCY SERVICE CONTRACT FOR MTR MALLS AND COMMERCIAL PREMISES This announcement is made by Asiaray Media Group Limited (the “ Company ”, together with its subsidiaries, the “ Group ”) on a voluntary basis to inform the shareholders of the Company and potential investors of the latest business development of the Group. The board of directors (the “ Directors”) of the Company is pleased to announce that Asiaray Outdoor Media Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has renewed the advertising sales agency service contract (the “ Contract ”) with MTR Corporation Limited (the “MTR or MTR Corporation ”), in relation to the grant of exclusive rights to provide advertising sales agency service for the MTR malls and commercial premises for a period of 5 years commencing from 1 January 2017 and ending on 31 December 2021. The Group has been awarded the Contract for the MTR malls and commercial premises since 2008. The Contract covers MTR malls and outdoor billboards of its commercial premises situated at central business districts and some high-traffic areas along the MTR metro lines. These include the outdoor billboards at Admiralty Centre, the LED wall at Worldwide House, the outdoor billboards at Hung Hom Station Car Park, and the shopping malls which consist of Citylink at Shatin, Luk Yeung Galleria at Tsuen Wan, Maritime Square at Tsing Yi, Ocean Walk at Tuen Mun, Paradise Mall at Heng Fa Chuen, PopCorn at Tseung Kwan O, Telford Plaza at Kowloon Bay and The Lane at Hang Hau. -

SINO LAND COMPANY LIMITED CHAIRMAN’S STATEMENT INTERIM RESULTS AND DIVIDEND The Group’s half year unaudited consolidated turnover was HK$849,924,796. The unaudited consolidated net profit attributable to shareholders for the half year ended 31st December, 2000 was HK$208 million. Earnings per share for the period was 5.71 cents. The Directors have declared an interim dividend of 2 cents per share payable on 21st May, 2001 to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company on 17th April, 2001. The interim dividend will be payable in cash but shareholders will be given the option to elect to receive the interim dividend in the form of new shares in lieu of cash in respect of part or all of such dividend. The new shares to be issued pursuant to the scrip dividend scheme are subject to the listing being granted by the Listing Committee of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. A circular containing details of the scrip dividend scheme will be despatched to shareholders together with the form of election for scrip dividend on or about 18th April, 2001. It is expected that the interim dividend warrants and share certificates will be despatched to shareholders on or about 21st May, 2001. The unaudited interim results have been reviewed by the Company’s auditors, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. REVIEW OF OPERATIONS During the six months ended 31st December, 2000, the Group had actively replenished its land bank and successfully acquired four pieces of land. On completion, these sites will yield approximately 1,020,587 square feet of attributable gross floor area to its land bank. -

CB(1)876/15-16(01) Legislative Council Panel on Development Development of Anderson Road Quarry Site Site Formation and Associated Infrastructure Works Supplementary Information Introduction Among the follow-up actions of the Legislative Council (LegCo) Panel on Development, Members requested the Government to provide supplementary information about the traffic impact assessment (TIA) and proposed improvement measures for the site formation and associated infrastructure works of the Anderson Road Quarry (ARQ) site. The Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD) commenced the site investigation and detailed design study for the development of ARQ site on 18 July 2014, and further reviewed the TIA undertaken at the previous feasibility study stage. CEDD subsequently presented the updated TIA findings and the associated improvement measures to the Kwun Tong District Council (DC) in the first half of 2015. Traffic Impact According to the findings of the TIA report under the “Development of Anderson Road Quarry site – detailed design and site investigations”, the ARQ site development will generate about 840 passenger car units/hour of traffic flow during morning peak hours. As the proposed residential areas will be located mainly in southeast of the development site, it is anticipated that about 70% of the traffic will use the eastern road access connecting Po Lam Road, Sau Mau Ping Road and Tseung Kwan O Road. The remaining 30% will use the access to On Sau Road connecting Clear Water Bay Road and New Clear Water Bay Road. The impact of additional traffic flows to local major roads and junctions arising from the proposed development are set out at Table. -
