No studies of the nature of the reaction between thorin and thorium have been reported. In this work, an examination of some properties of the complexes involved has been initiated. Global pay TV fragments The top 503 pay TV operators will reach 853 million subscribers from the 1.02 billion global total by 2026. The top 50 operators accounted for 64% of the world’s pay TV subscribers by end-2020, with this proportion dropping to 62% by 2026. However, operators beyond the top 100 will gain subscribers over the same period. Simon Murray, Principal Analyst at Digital TV Research, said: “Most industries consolidate as they mature. The pay TV sector is doing the opposite – fragmenting. Most of the subscriber growth will take place in developing countries where operators are not controlled by larger corporations.” By end-2020, 13 operators had more than 10 million pay TV subscribers. China and India will continue to dominate the top pay TV operator rankings, partly as their subscriber bases climb but also due to the US operators losing subscribers. Between 2020 and 2026, 307 of the 503 operators (61%) will gain subscribers, with 13 showing no change and 183 losing subscribers (36%). In 2020, 28 pay TV operators earned more than $1 billion in revenues, but this will drop to 24 operators by 2026. The Global Pay TV Operator Forecasts report covers 503 operators with 726 platforms [132 digital cable, 116 analog cable, 279 satellite, 142 IPTV and 57 DTT] across 135 countries. -

WG RRC-06(05) Status for the implementation of DVB-T in the CEPT area October 2005 Introduction The ITU Regional Radiocommunications Conference RRC-06 shall establish a new agreement and associated frequency plans, including a new plan for terrestrial digital television (DVB-T) in the frequency bands 174 - 230 MHz (Band III) and 470 - 862 MHz (Bands IV/V). In preparation for the RRC-06 the CEPT has decided to follow the implementation of DVB-T. A significant number of CEPT countries have made a commitment to DVB-T with pilot or test transmissions taking place and planning studies under way for nation-wide coverage. Furthermore, a number of countries already have operational transmissions. In order to inform the WG RRC-06 on the implementation of DVB-T the ERO is maintaining this overview document. It consists of a table with figures on frequencies, transmitters, receivers and population coverage. Additional information is provided in the text following the table in the form of notes for each country. Please note that the map indicates the current status of implementation of DVB-T in CEPT countries and not the actual coverage. An updated overview is to be presented at each WG RRC-06 meeting. Introduction Cryptimage is an open source software under the license GNU GPL v3 which purpose is to reproduce old analog TV encryption systems like « discret 11 » (used between 1984 and 1995 by french TV network « canal plus ») , « nagravision syster » (used between 1995 and 2010), and « videocrypt » used by Sky TV and by several other broadcasters on astra satellites. This software allows to encrypt a video file (image and sound) , and allows also a decryption of an encrypted file, by meeting the standard of discret11, nagravision syster and videocrypt. Besides the ability to reproduce in a digital way these three encryption systems, its second use is to allow the re-use of hardware descramblers by injecting to them an encrypted video file produced by cryptimage. 2. Definition of discret 11 The discret11 process is to encrypt the image by delaying each line by three values to choose from (0, 902 and 1804 milliseconds), delays are selected through an algorithm based on a pseudo-random sequence, the sound is rendered unintelligible by subjecting it to a spectrum inversion around the frequency 12800 Hz. Definition of nagravision syster Nagravision syster (SYStème TERrestre) scrambles the image by permuting lines, a TV frame has 2 interlaced fields, each field has 288 lines and these lines are permuted (except line 288 which is not permuted), then the first 32 lines of each encrypted field are shifted to the previous encrypted field, which give this pattern
