P134/2021 Item 3 – Declarations of Interest Councillor Lepley declared an interest in respect of item 8.6 on the agenda in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 s32 and the relevant Authorities (Disclosable Pecuniary Interests) Regulations 2012 from Members or Officers as she is acquainted with the applicant. Conversion of Drive LS29 7RG Committee garage to from garden room and snug recommends approval of this application. 8.3 21/00056/HOU Replacement of timber single glazed Chevin House The Planning windows with timber double glazed Main Street Committee windows, to match adjacent listed building. Councillor Felstead will draft a response and bring back to the Committee for consideration.
