Jai Jalaram New Year’s Message from the Board Of Trustees Dear Devotees ‘Jai Jalaram’ Having just celebrated Diwali and at the dawn of Vikram Samvant 2073, I join the Trustees in praying at the Lotus feet of Pujya Jalaram Bapa to wish everyone a peaceful and prosperous Happy New Year. With Pujya Bapa’s blessing, we celebrated the 20th year since the inception of Jalaram Mandir with the opening of the new Jalaram Community Centre (JCC) on 10th July 2016, Every year, we are humbled by the love, blessings and generosity of the devotees. Over the years, we have had tremendous support from each and every one of you which truly gives us the courage to make the Mandir and the Community Centre a more vibrant ‘Bapa’s Gateway to Leicester’. We hope to carry this forward into the New Year by making the Centre a hub for our youth and the multi faith community. We endeavour to host regular Jalaram Rotla, Bhagwad Gita Classes, talks on Hinduism, various religious and cultural activities for the youth and the interfaith community. With the blessings of Pujya Bapa and your continued support, we have seen a marked increase in the activities and visitors to the Mandir during 2016. We would therefore like to appeal to all our young persons to come forward and actively engage and participate in the activities of the Mandir by devoting their time, fresh youthful ideas, worship and seva. We are ever grateful for your continued support and devotion towards the Jalaram Mandir, Leicester, and we pray to Pujya Bapa to shower you and your family with his supreme blessings in the coming New Year.
