CALL TO ORDER Trustee Colette Machado Calls the Board of Trustees meeting to order at 9:31 am. Roll call is taken; Trustees Ahu Isa, Akaka, Akina, Lee, Carmen Hulu Lindsey, Robert Lindsey, Waihe’e and Machado are present, constituting a quorum. An excused absence was received from Trustee Dan Ahuna. We will move on to public testimony. We have two members who have signed up. II.
