The Start times are as follows and please arrive 30 mins before hand for registration. 1 - “Full Monty” riders (100km) registration 7:30am start time: 8:00am 2 - “Graigwen Challenge” riders (60km) registration 9:00am start time: 9:30am 3 - “Garden Route” riders (40km) registration 9:30am start time: 10:00am For those with cycle computers the routes can be downloaded from Strava by clicking above route titles. Riders for 1 - “Full Monty” riders (100km) will ride unguided and should familiarise themselves with the route and follow the signs. Riders for 2 - “Graigwen Challenge” riders (60km) will ride in one pod with experienced local riders to guide them over the routes. Riders for 3 - “Garden Route” riders (40km) will ride in one pod with experienced local riders to guide them over the routes. A VERY 9. You understand and agree that you participate in this event entirely at your own risk, and that you must rely on your own ability in dealing with all hazards, and that you must ride in a manner which is safe to WELSH RIDE yourself and others.
