Notice of timetable change for

Nankai Main Line & ,

starting October 18, 2014.

~The purpose of this change is to improve access to Kansai Airport and the area ~

Nankai Electric Railway (CEO: Shinji Watari), in order to increase the number of foreign customers using our Nankai Airport Line, and to increase the number of customers to the Wakayama area announce a timetable change.

1. Date of timetable change October 18, 2014

2. Affected Lines , NankaiAirport Line

3. Details of timetable change (1)The number of train will increase to 4 trains per hour from the present 2 trains per hour in the afternoon, and the required time will decrease by a maximum of 4 minutes.

(2) Rapi:t β trains (at present 7 trains) will be replaced by Limited Express Rapi:t α trains, and the required time will decrease by a maximum of 4 minutes. ※1

(3)To accommodate late arrival customers, the local train schedule will be run later for last train.

(4) The number of local trains departing and arriving on the Nankai Line “Wakayama City Station” will increase to 4 trains per hour from the present 2 trains per hour in the afternoon.
