Day 2 (Sun) Marmaris – Sarsala (35 km/22 miles) We set sail for a short two-hour cruise, which takes us to a picturesque swimming bay. From here we will cycle over a 250 m high pass in the Dalaman plain, making our way to Sarsala, a quiet bay, where we stay the night.

Day 3 (Mon) Sarsala – Fethiye (50 km/31 miles) After breakfast we will sail to Fethiye, passing many small is- lands along the way. After a bike tour through a pine forest, we will arrive in the uninhabited Greek city of Kayaköy, which was once home to some 6500 inhabitants. Then we will carry on to the lagoon of Ölüdeniz, one of the most famous highlights of Turkey. Ea- ger cyclists can choose to bike with our tour guide via an interesting and challenging route, and those who are worn out can be picked up and driven back to the boat.

Day 4 (Tue) Fethiye – Göcek (40 km/25 miles) After a one hour transfer we will arrive at the start of our bike tour to Xan- tos. From here we will bike to the Sakklikent Canyon, where we will enjoy a packed lunch at the foot of the river. The gorge is spectacular, and we can explore the area on foot to gain some excellent photo opportunities. We will then travel north to Kemer, where we are picked up and trans- ported to the boat in Fethiye (a 30 minute ride). From here the boat will carry on to Göcek, where we will stay the night.

Day 5 (Wed) Göcek – Dalyan (40 km/25 miles) From Göcek we will bike over a 350 m high pass, enjoying fantastic views of the entire bay. After biking through the pine forest we will continue along a side road down to the Dalaman plain, through fertile fields and lush vege- tation to Dalyan. From here a small boat will take us down the Delta river to our boat, where we will stay the night. On the way we will be able to visit the historical cities of Kaunos.

Day 6 (Thurs) Dalyan – Ekincik (55 km/34 miles) In the morning the boat will take us back to Dalyan, via the Lycian rock graves. Along the way we will circle the big fresh water lake. After a 350 m climb we will arrive in the little village of Ekincik, where the cook will be wait- ing for us with a large dinner.

Day 7 (Fri) Ekincik – Marmaris (55 km/34 miles) After a two hour boat ride, we will arrive at the Bozborun Peninsula. After riding along a deserted mountain road we will reach a 300 m high mountain village with 1500-year-old trees. Another 200 metres further, we will make our spectacular descent down to Icmeler‘s coastal road. The boat and a delicious evening meal will be awaiting us in Marmaris.

Day 8 (Sat) Departure End of tour. After breakfast, we leave the boat, and either head home or extend our holiday in Turkey.
