Certified Customer Service Specialists Program

The Technical College System of Georgia offers a Certified Customer Service Specialist Program (CCSS) to support Georgia’s growing customer service workforce needs. This program is offered at nine different technical college campuses spread throughout the state.

CCSS graduates master skills such as information sharing, customer service and managing the difficult customer.
