Option 2: A retailer (including RDCs) may elect, instead of the above 3% discount, to earn $0.45 as a coop credit outside the retailer’s applicable pool for every copy of the featured title the retailer purchases for this promotion.

The following conditions apply to both options:

• The retailer must purchase at least five (5) units per participating retail location in order to qualify for this special offer. • Only one claim may be made per account (ship to address). • Orders must be received no later than December 13, 2016. • The special offer is available only to U.S. retail accounts. It is not available to accounts that purchase from Macmillan Publishers on a nonreturnable basis.

Retailers receiving additional discount for warehousing and fulfillment of backlist are not eligible for the discount portion of this offer (Option 1). Retailers who have elected our Alternative (i.e., nonpool) coop plan are not eligible for the coop portion of this offer (Option 2).
